Meet the Owner, Your Trusted Mobile Pediatric Therapist in Stuart, FL

Dr. Leah Dunleavy, M.A., BCBA, OTR/L, OTD

I’m a licensed occupational therapist and board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in South Florida, offering mobile therapy services and pediatric occupational therapy to neurodiverse infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. I’ve been in the field for over 15 years working with individuals with autism, sensory processing disorders, ADHD, and learning differences such as dyspraxia, dyslexia, & dysgraphia. I also have experience with individuals with Down syndrome and other genetic disorders, developmental coordination disorders, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, neurological disorders, and other developmental disabilities.

I specialize in sensory integration, where I continually look at how a child is taking in the sensory information in their environment and providing opportunities for them to experience different sensory activities for them to feel good in their bodies. Our goal at SIT is for kids to feel good within themselves to build confidence!
